Smashing up the china shop as they go The Bull Munro has been pumping their eclectic sound into venues throughout the length and breath of Ireland over the past year. Drawing on the skills of some of Dublin’s finest artists and producers The Bull Munro have pressed their debut single Late November which has been selected as Pick of The Fortnight in the latest issue of Hot Press magazine.
Recorded in Envelope Studios, Dublin and Mastered in MasterLabs by Aiden Foley, whose previous clients include U2, Foo Fighters and Kila Late November is already attracting much media attention with 2FM’s Dan Hegarty “addicted” to the track.
The Bull Munro have already been featured artists on Phantom FM’s ICON show with Cathal Funge and have appeared on Cork’s Red FM, WLR FM, Galway Bay FM, Limerick Live 95FM to name but a few. The Bull Munro are most certainly one to watch as they gain a strong foothold in both the Irish and international music scenes.
Having already wowed audiences at Astral Plains, KnockanStockan and Castle Palooza this summer The Bull Munro have a busy few months ahead of them with gigs in Whelan’s Dublin and Dolan’s Limerick already scheduled.
This Dublin-based duo is Danny Maher and Rob McComish. Hailing from Tipperary and Wicklow respectively, their first gig together happened where else but Wroclaw, Poland in January 2009. Since then The Bull Munro has been perfecting their live shows, defining their eclectic sound and cutting their teeth in the studio, all of this to bring you their debut single Late November.
